RATHALOS
An ancient instrument of war, renewed and enhanced by Light.
Like the other Isu artifacts, this weapon does not require a sheath or any other carry-on equipment, as it can be summoned by the Crux of the user. Rathalos features an anchor that has chains attaching said anchor to a curved shortsword, neither of which have any actual weight to them as they're made entirely of Hardlight. Rathalos features three different abilities that make it unique and set it apart from other Isu artifacts. It is important to know that you must toggle between one of the three passives and cannot use any two or three of them in synchronization with one another.
-Bounded Anchor Field--If an opponent is touched by the shortsword then they are "tagged," by Rathalos. The user can then drop the anchor and the opponent that was tagged will be "anchored" to the area, no longer able to leave it as their spiritual energetic structure are bound to the anchor. The Bound Field which the opponent is allowed to freely move in without having their energy and spirit torn out is a radius no longer than the size of your average football field. Once they're tagged by Rathalos, they're also "crippled," a crowd control effect that renders them unable to use movement abilities like teleports, speed hacks or tremendous leaps. Doing so will result in the reaping of your opponent's previously mentioned constraints.
-Anchor Warp--If your opponent is cut by the shortsword, then they become "tagged," by Rathalos. They will instantly be yanked from their location and warped to the anchor, wherever it may be. This can be a faraway place, given that the chains are made of Hardlight and can be reproduced to great distance, and can be protracted or retracted.
-Mud Hook--Constrict your opponent with the chains that are attached to both the shortsword and the anchor in order to make them "tagged," by Rathalos. In this ability, once your opponent is circumscribed (constricted) by the chains, they become bound to the anchor. Drop the anchor and the opponent that is entangled by the chains are rooted in place, a form of crowd control that renders them incapable of movement, but can use a teleporting ability in order to negate the effects.
